Three Azure towers topped off; Man-made beach and Paris Beach Club approach completion

The first three towers have topped off at the Azure Urban Resort Residences—the Philippines’ first man-made beach residential community in Parañaque City.

Azure’s first two towers, the Rio and Santorini, are in the final stages of interior works in their respective upper floor levels. These include the installation of floor tiles, glass and aluminum. Stairway cladding for the Rio’s second and third floors are also ongoing, along with the installation of the roof deck’s steel structural framework.

In Azure’s third building, St. Tropez, the installation of electrical and sanitary pipelines continue this month. Meanwhile, concrete pouring has begun in the upper basement levels this month for Azure’s fourth tower, Positano.

Construction is also in full swing for the Azure’s main amenities: the Paris Beach Club and man-made beach. The last floor within the three-storey Paris Beach Club is undergoing completion works.

The Rio and Santorini towers, as well as the beach club, are slated for turnover in June 2013.

Azure Urban Resort Residences is located in West Service Road, Bgy. Marcelo Green, Parañaque City, Philippines. It is the country’s first large scale resort residential community with a man-made beach, and a Beach Club designed by international celebrity and style icon, Ms. Paris Hilton.
